Admin Study Club
Building resilience from the front desk to the back office
Running a dental practice is not just about delivering great patient care. It is about keeping every part of the business strong, secure and thriving, and the office manager is at the centre of all of it.
You manage the people, protect the patient data, keep the schedule full and make sure the practice stays financially healthy. The study club exists because that is a lot to hold, and almost nobody is trained for all of it.
This year's theme is Protecting Your Assets. We bring in outside experts to share practical tools and strategies that strengthen your systems, support your team and safeguard the practice's most valuable resources. You leave each session with something you can implement straight away to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
This year's theme
Protecting your assets
Protecting your cash flow
Where the money leaks, and the collections habits that stop it.
Protecting your people
HR documentation, policy and the compliance most practices only discover they needed afterwards.
Protecting your patient data
The security basics an office manager is responsible for, in plain language.
Protecting your schedule
Keeping the book full and defending the day against the things that erode it.
